Exchange Policy for Clothing Brand:


At RA, we understand that sometimes an exchange may be necessary. To ensure a smooth exchange process, please note the following guidelines:


Exchangeable Items: In order for an item to be eligible for exchange, it must be unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.


Non-Refundable Items: Please be aware that sale items are non-refundable..


Conditions for Refund or Exchange: The only circumstances under which items will be refunded or exchanged are if the item is defective or the wrong product is delivered. Additionally, colors and texture of fabric may vary slightly due to lighting during photo shoots and screen variations. 


Contact Customer Service: In the event of a defective item or wrong product delivery, please reach out to our customer service team via email at Rebeccaabrar@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the item. Kindly include pictures of the defective item or wrong product. Our team will review the request and provide either a refund or online credit as deemed appropriate.

Order Cancellation Policy for RA Clothing Brand:


Customers can only cancel an order if it has not been processed yet. Once the order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.


Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped. Once the item is shipped, our return and exchange policy will be in effect.


 RA reserves the right to cancel orders for various reasons, including out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or declined credit card payments.
